Hi! Im thirteen years old and suffer from migraines! My mums family got them and so did my borthers so it is heredtory but i by far get them the worst! Last year i suffered from a terrible migraine and had to be rushed to hospital in the Ambulance. I had a very low blood pressure,was hypothermic,hyperventilating and unconsious. I drifted in and out of sleep the whole day and wasnt fully consious till after about 4 hours. I had many tests and a visit from the neurologist but nothing showed up so it was all very confusing! I was realsed from the hospital and that was the start of a string of violent migraines and 2 calls to the ambbulance! When i get a migraine i also suffer from a terribley sore neck but the docters dont know if it is the neck causing the migraine or the migraine causing the neck? I did injure my neck recently and since then hav suffered constant nauseau but still the docters dont know whats going on! It is all very painful and i have missed so much time of school!

I have a 7 year old that has had miggraines since the age of 2 i am having lots of problems with his school because of his attandace he is failing and we have been asking for extra help and they say because of state law due to his attandance that i cant get it also he has the 504 plan and they refuse to put something on missing in it now we are dealing with a truancy officer the prinicipal and the nurse has made several comits that there are sicker kids but they make it to school they have also called to see if he had doctor appointments is there anyone having trouble with there childs school?

Hey all, i suffer pretty bad i am 29, i use to take anything and everything to stop my migraines, i am now taking maxalt melt which helps alot, i still get migraines 3 to 4 times a week, but as soon as i feel it coming on i take a max and it goes away. i do find i start feeling a little sick before it works. but it does work.
Recently i have met another person who suffers and she has recommended a herbal product called Chaste tree fruit from Natures Sunshine (brand) She has been on it for a month and has not had on migraine.

My 11 year old son has had debilitating abdominal migraines for about 4 years, but they only got really bad this year. Each episode has lasted for over three weeks!

We tried cutting everything out of his diet which could be causing problems, to no effect.

A medical hypnotist was recommended to us. Within a week he was cured! What’s more, if the migraine comes back, my son will be able to get rid of it in a few minutes.
